摘  要:利用自然冷却技术是实现数据机房节能减排的重要途径,分析、调研现有自然冷却技术在机房空调领域运用情况,结果表明:新风或气-气热交换器技术适用性较差,难以满足机房空气品质以及机房空调可靠性要求;重力型分离式热管系统成本低,只适用于具有足够安装位置的场合;动力型分离式热管系统的推广受制冷剂泵价格的限制,它只适用于负荷较大(≥30 kW)的空调产品;变频多联技术为数据中心低成本、区域化、高效冷却提供新的解决方案,变频热管系统以及动力型热管背板系统成本低、适用性高,为研发数据中心冷却技术开辟新思路。Using free cooling technology is an important way to realize energy-saving and emission reduction in data room. The application status of existing free cooling tech- nology to the air-conditioning in computer room field is analyzed and investigated. The results show that fresh air and air-air heat exchanger is not suitable, which is difficult to satisfy the requirements of air quality and reliability of air-conditioning in computer room. The cost of gravity type separation heat pipe system is low, only suitable for occasions with sufficient mounting position. The promotion of the dynamic separate type heat pipe system is limited by the price of the refrigerant pump, so that it is suitable for the air-con- ditioning production with large load (more than 30 kW). The frequency-conversion multiconnected technology provides a new solution for low cost, regionalization and high efficiency cooling of data center. The frequency-conversion heat pipe system and the dynamic heat pipe backboard system have low cost and high applicability, which provides a new way for developing the cooling technology in data center.
