摘 要:由于汽车顶部蒸发器放置在前排乘客头部上方的顶棚处,乘客很容易听到顶部蒸发器产生的"咕噜"和"啸叫"的制冷剂流动噪声。本文结合整车试验确认顶部蒸发器制冷剂流动噪声的声源,分析制冷剂流动噪声的发生机制,以及顶部蒸发器制冷剂流动噪声主要影响因素,提出降低制冷剂流动噪声的对策,为顶部蒸发器的前期设计提供指导。As the automotive top evaporator is mounted on ceiling above the front passengers' heads, the refrigerant flow noises from the top evaporator that sound like gur- gling and whistle, are usually heard by passengers. Combined with the overall vehicle test, the refrigerant flow noise source of the top evaporator is identified. The mechanism of refrigerant flow noise and the mainly influencing factors of the refrigerant flow noise are analyzed. Meanwhile, the solutions to decreasing the flow noise of refrigerant are put for- ward, which provides guidance for the prophase design of the top evaporator.
