摘　　要：文章运用文献资料,从体育的视角对西藏岩画上的原始体育作了探讨,认为西藏岩画分布广泛,内容丰富,较为全面反映了远古高原游牧民族的历史文化、艺术文化、宗教信仰、生产方式、体育文化娱乐等,是我们了解远古藏族游牧人精神和物质生活,以及原始体育最为形象的史料。after referring to related literature and documents, the authors discuss the primitive sports on the rock paintings in Tibet from the perspective of sports, and think that the rock paintings in Tibet are widely distributed and rich in content, which reflects the history, culture, religions, production modes, sports and entertainment of the ancient nomadic peoples once lived on the plateau. From the rock paintings we can understand the spiritual and material life of the ancient Tibetan nomadic people, and the paintings are the most vivid historical materials of primitive sports.
