摘　　要：王十月的长篇小说《无碑》是打工文学的代表作,他以极其真实的笔触还原了城乡夹缝中的生存真相,将笔触深入到了存在于城乡之间的身份焦虑现象。《无碑》表现了打工者底层生活的困境和城乡夹缝中的尴尬处境,从而展示出了新时期打工者的身份焦虑意识,并且赞扬了打工者在经受身份焦虑的背后依然散发着的闪光人性。以老乌为代表的打工者处于城乡之间,经受着"走不进城市,回不到故乡"的身份煎熬,但是他们身上的闪光人性依然为千千万万打工者树立起了一座丰碑。Wang Shi-yue＇ s novel No Monument is a masterpiece of literature on the theme of rural migrants. He restores the truth of existence in the crack between urban and rural areas with extremely realistic brushstrokes, and penetrates the brush into the identity anxiety phenomenon existing between urban and rural areas. No Monument shows the plight of the migrant workers at the bottom of life and the awkward situation in the city and countryside, thus showing the status of workers in the new era of identity anxiety, and praises the flashing humanity that migrant workers still succumb to their identity anxiety. The migrant workers in the urban and rural areas represented by Lao Wu are suffering from the status of ＂neither entering into the city nor returning to their hometown＂, but their flashy human nature still has built a monument for thousands of migrant workers.
