摘　　要：随着高速铁路的发展,高铁设施的清洗与防护问题越来越得到重视。为满足高效、环保等要求,设计开发高铁列车集便器专用清洗剂。在阐述专用清洗剂的技术方案、专用清洗剂的原理及使用方法的基础上,从去污力、不锈钢腐蚀性、三元乙丙橡胶腐蚀性等方面分析专用清洗剂的主要技术指标。为检测高铁列车集便器专用清洗剂的效果进行了多次试验,结果表明该清洗剂利用其特有的化学性质,可以快速分解尿碱等污垢,并且对集便器材质无腐蚀性。该产品推广使用可以有效缩短高铁列车集便器清洗的作业时间、提高清洗效果。With the development of high-speed railway, nlore and nlore attention has been paid to the cleaning and protection of high-speed railway facilities. In order to meet the requirements of high efficiency and environmental protection, a special cleaning agent for high-speed train vacuum toilet was designed and developed. On the basis of expounding the technical scheme of the special cleaning agent, the principle of the special cleaning agent and the use method, the main technical indexes of the special cleaning agent are analyzed from the aspects of detergency,conosion of stainless steel, corrosion of ethylene propylene diene monomer, etc. Many experiments have been carried out to test the ettect of special cleaning agent for high-speed train vacuum toilet. The results show that the cleaning agent can quickly decompose urine alkali and other dirt with its unique chemical properties and has no corrosiveness to toilet materials. The popularization and application of this product can effectively shorten the cleaning operation time and improve the cleaning effect.
