摘　　要：中国农村社会的急剧变革,以行政村为统一自治单元的村民自治遇到了困难。村民自发成立的红白理事会、道德评议会、旅游协会等农村民间组织,以精细化、协同化的治理优势,有效填补了农村社会的"治理真空",拓展了村民自治的有效实现形式。然而,要充分发挥农村民间组织在乡村社会中的精细化治理功能,需要提升农村民间组织的权威,规范农村民间组织的发展,构建宏观、微观、精细化治理深度融合的良性治理体系,促进村域精细化治理功能的实现。With the rapid change of rural society in China, the villagers＇ autonomy with administrative villages as the unified autonomy unit has met with difficulties. Rural non-governmental organizations such as the Red and White Council, the Moral Council, and the Tourism Association, which were set up spontaneously by villagers, effectively filled the ＂governance vacuum＂ of rural society and expanded the effective form of villagers＇ self-government by virtue of their refined and coordinated governance advantages. However, in order to give full play to the fine governance function of rural non-governmental organizations in rural society, it is necessary to enhance the authority of rural non-governmental organizations, standardize the development of rural nongovernmental organizations, construct a benign governance system that integrates macro, micro and fine governance, and promote the realization of the fine governance function in the village.
