生物质石墨烯炭分子筛的制备及对无纺布过滤性能的影响

摘  要:为了提高复合无纺布的过滤效率,本文采用了水热合成法制备了生物质石墨烯炭分子筛,并将其浸渍到纺粘布里,对添加生物质石墨烯炭分子筛纺粘布的过滤效果进行研究.结果显示,与普通纺粘布的过滤效果提高了7%.最后再将浸渍了生物质石墨烯炭分子筛的纺粘布,作为过滤层叠加到普通熔喷布的结构层中,复合熔喷布的过滤效果比普通熔喷布提高了12.7%,过滤效果达到了96.6%,最终得出生物质石墨烯炭分子筛会提高无纺布的过滤效率.In order to improve the filtration efficiency of compound non-woven fabric, in thispaper ,we adopted the hydrothermal synthesis method to the preparation of graphene biomass car-bon molecular sieve, and to dip it into the spun-bonded fabric. The biomass of graphene activatedcarbon was added into the melt-blown cloth . The filter effect before adding the activated carbonto the Spun-bonded fabric was compared to those after adding the activated carbon to the Spun-bonded fabric .The filter efficiency of the Spun-bonded fabric under the condition of invariablepressure difference increased by 7%.Anti-sticking cloth gelling graphene carbon molecular sieve,was used as the filter layer by adding up the structure of the ordinary mask, as a result, the filter-ing effect of the mask increased by 12.7% to 96.6%. As a result Graphene biomass carbon molec-ular sieve will improve the efficiency of non-woven filter.
