摘  要:结合高职特性构建由文化基础、心理品质、职业素养、自觉追求、教学要素、外部环境组成的"六因素"模型,面向江苏百位高职名师调研,针对不同教学风格影响因素开展的差异化分析显示:文化基础对理智型、探究型、启迪型教学风格具有显著影响;心理品质仅对情感型教学风格影响显著;自觉追求仅对表演型教学风格产生显著影响;职业素养对理智型、幽默型、感染型教学风格有显著影响;教学要素对启迪型、合作型教学风格产生显著影响;外部环境则对情感型、幽默型、探究型教学风格产生显著影响。依托实证分析结果,对精准提高普通高职教师业务水平,形成适合的教学风格,探寻名师培育路径提供可靠依据,也为提升高职教育服务质量奠定扎实基础。Based on analysis of existing teaching styles and the characteristics of higher vocational institutes,the paper constructs “six-factor”model composed of culture foundation,psychological quality,professional quality, self-conscious pursuit, teaching elements and external environment. Based on a survey of 100 famous teachers in higher vocational institutes in Jiangsu Province, it shows that cultural foundation has a significant impact on rational,inquiry and enlightening teaching styles, psychological quality has only a significant impact on emotional teaching style,conscious pursuit has only a significant impact on performance -based teaching style,vocational accomplishment has a significant impact on rational,humorous and contagious teaching styles,teaching elements have a significant impact on inspirational and cooperative teaching styles; external environment has a significant impact on emotional,humorous and inquiry teaching styles. Relying on the results of empirical analysis,it provides a reliable basis for improving professional level of ordinary teachers,forming a suitable teaching style,exploring the path of cultivating famous teachers,and laying a solid foundation for the improvement of service quality of higher vocational education.
