揿针治疗军事飞行员颈痛53例的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察揿针治疗飞行员颈痛的疗效。方法按照随机数字表法将60例颈痛患者随机分为揿针组与对照组,揿针组以揿针刺激颈百劳、大杼、腕踝针上6等穴加局部膏药治疗,每次留针3 d,休息2 d为1个疗程,对照组取伪针贴于上述诸穴,余法同前,疗程同前。疗程前,第1疗程后,第2疗程后以及治疗结束后,McGill量表评分,并且分析疗效。结果 2组患者治疗前McGill评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗程结束后McGill评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者疗效评定,揿针组总有效率为89.3%,对照组总有效率为64.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针能够有效地解决飞行员颈痛问题,并且在长效机制上优于单纯止痛外用膏药。ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of the press-needle therapy against neck pain of pilots. MethodsSixty patients with neck pain were divided into the press-needle group and control group using the random number table method. The press-needle group underwent press-needle stimulation of such acupoints as Jingbailao（EX-HN 15）, Dazhu（BL 11）, and Wanhuaizhen plus local plaster treatment. Each course involved leaving the needles in the acupoints for three days followed by two days of rest. The control group received the same therapy except that pseudo-plasters were placed upon the above acupoints. Before treatment, after the first and second course of treatment and after treatment, the McGill Pain Questionnaire was used to score the two groups and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. ResultsBefore treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in McGill scores（P〉0.05）. However,, the McGill score was significantly different after treatment（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the press-needle group was 89.3%, compared to 64.0% of the control, so there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe press-needle therapy can effectively alleviate neck pain of pilots, and the long-term effect is better than that of analgesic plasters alone.
