心理弹性与焦虑、抑郁一般因素及特殊因素的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨心理痛苦、焦虑特殊因素和抑郁特殊因素与心理弹性具有怎样的关系,以期为临床心理干预提供依据。方法应用问卷调查法,应用心理弹性量表(connor-davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC)和医院焦虑抑郁量表(hospital anxiety and depression scale,HADS)量表对440名高三学生进行研究,采用双因素模型及相关分析方法,研究心理痛苦、焦虑特殊因素、抑郁特殊因素与心理弹性之间的相关关系。结果本研究中焦虑、抑郁的双因素模型参数与之前报道基本一致,经典测量理论中,心理弹性与焦虑、抑郁均呈显著负相关,而应用双因素模型后,心理弹性与焦虑特殊因素呈显著正相关,与抑郁特殊因素因素呈显著负相关。结论双因素模型有利于发现心理变量的内在机制,焦虑特殊因素有助于维持心理健康,在临床咨询及治疗中应得到增强,而抑郁特殊因素对心理健康有负面影响,应注意调整。ObjectiveTo explore how this theory can be applied in clinical practice by analyzing correlations between psychological resilience and general and special factors of anxiety and depression. MethodsQuestionnaires were used in this study, including CD-RISC and HADS. Four hundred and forty senior high school students of grade 11 were enrolled in this study. Bifactor modeling and correlation analysis were used. ResultsCoefficients found in this study conformed to those of previous studies. Based on classical analysis, resilience had significant negative correlations with anxiety and depression. However, based on bifactor analysis, resilience had significant positive correlations with special factors of anxiety, but significant negative correlations with special factors of distress and depression. ConclusionBifactor analysis can help to find the mechanism of psychological variables. Special factors of anxiety can contribute to psychological health, which should be used in clinical psychological interventions. Besides, special factors of depression have negative effect on psychological health, which should be avoided.
