摘　　要：研究了不同牌号及用量的CR对V带压缩胶的硫化特性、老化前后物理机械性能、动态生热性能及Mullins效应的影响。结果表明,CR2322、CR3222用量对t_(10)、t_(90)、 M_H-M_L影响明显;随着CR用量增加门尼黏度均有明显增大; CR2322、CR3222用量对物理机械性能、老化后性能保持率及80℃屈挠性能影响明显;CR的使用对压缩胶Mullins效应有明显的改善作用;CR的使用也增大了动态tanδ。The effects of different grades and amounts of CR on the vulcanization characteristics of V-belt compression rubber, physical and mechanical properties before and after aging, dynamic heat generation and Mullins effect were studied. The results showed that the dosage of CR2322 and CR3222 had signifcant effects on T10, T90 and MH-ML. The Mooney viscosity increased with the increase of CR dosage. The amount of CR2322 and CR3222 has a signifcant effect on physical and mechanical properties, performance retention rate after aging, and fex performance at 80 ℃; Meanwhile, the use of CR has a signifcant improvement in the Mullins effect of the compression rubber; In addition, the use of CR also increases the dynamic tanδ.
