摘  要:将两种不同的橡胶借助机械力的作用掺合为一体,用以制造各种橡胶制品,称为橡胶的并用。橡胶并用的主要目的是改善现有橡胶性能上的不足。多数的合成橡胶的加工性能较差,因此我们经常使用合成橡胶与天然橡胶混合使用,性能互补,还可改善合成橡胶的加工性能。因此,本试验对T2000R与NR和BR并用性能进行了考察。随着NR并用量的增加,硫化胶的拉伸强度有了很大的提高。T2000R/NR硫化胶的耐磨耗性能下降后增加,并用比例为40/60、20/80时并用胶的耐磨耗性能优于纯的T2000R和NR硫化胶的。随着BR并用量的增加,SBR/BR硫化胶的拉伸强度逐渐降低。当SBR/BR的并用比例为20/80和80/20时,两种并用胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能均高于纯的SBR硫化胶。Two different rubbers are blended by the action of mechanical force to product various rubber products, which was called rubber combination. The main purpose of rubber combination is to improve the performance of existing rubber. Most synthetic rubbers have poor processing properties, so we often use synthetic rubber in combination with natural rubber to complement each other and improve the processing properties of synthetic rubber. Therefore, this test examined the combination performance of T2000R with NR and BR. As the amount of NR is increased, the tensile strength of the vulcanizate is greatly improved. The wear resistance of T2000R/NR vulcanizate decreased frst and then increased, and when the ratio was 40/60 and 20/80, the wear resistance of the blend was better than that of pure T2000R and NR vulcanizate. As the amount of BR increases, the tensile strength of SBR/BR vulcanizates gradually decreases. When the combined ratio of SBR/BR is 20/80 and 80/20, the fexural fatigue resistance of the two blends is higher than pure SBR vulcanizate.
