摘  要:研究了热预处理乙丙胶对EPDM/MVQ共混胶交联密度及性能的影响。由实验得知,随着热预处理乙丙胶母胶时间的变长,乙丙胶母胶的门尼黏度变大,溶胀度减小,共混胶硫化程度变大,工艺正硫化时间减小,EPDM交联密度变大,MVQ交联密度基本不变;老化后,EPDM交联密度继续变大,MVQ交联密度变大,且EPDM交联密度变大程度大于MVQ;扯断伸长率下降,100%定伸应力和硬度变大。The effects of thermal pretreatment ethylene-propylene rubber on the crosslink density and properties of EPDM/MVQ blended rubber were studied. It is known from experiments that with the prolonged time of thermal pretreatment ethylene-propylene rubber masterbatch, the Mooney viscosity of ethylene-propylene rubber masterbatch becomes larger and the degree of swelling decreases; The vulcanization degree of the blended rubber becomes larger, and the process positive vulcanization time decreases; EPDM crosslink density becomes larger, and MVQ crosslink density is basically unchanged; After aging, EPDM crosslink density continues to increase, MVQ crosslink density also becomes larger, and EPDM crosslink density becomes greater than MVQ; The elongation at break reduces, and the 100% tensile strength and hardness increase.
