曲美他嗪与稳心颗粒联合治疗冠心病对患者心脏射血功能和心肌酶谱水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析曲美他嗪与稳心颗粒联合治疗冠心病对患者心脏射血功能和心肌酶谱水平的影响。方法选取我院2016年2月-2018年1月收治的冠心病患者114例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用曲美他嗪治疗,观察组患者采用曲美他嗪联合稳心颗粒治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者心功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者LVEF水平高于对照组,LVPWd、LVEDd水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者心肌酶、VEGF、vWF、TXB2、BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者心肌酶、VEGF、vWF、TXB2、BNP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总不良心血管事件发生率为7.02%,对照组为15.79%,观察组患者总不良心血管事件发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲美他嗪与稳心颗粒联合治疗冠心病可降低患者心肌酶、vWF、TXB2、BNP水平,改善心功能,且并不增加不良心血管事件发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of trimetazidine combined with Wenxin granules on the cardiac ejection function and myocardial enzyme spectrum in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD） admitted to our hospital between February 2016 and January 2018 were divided into the control group and observation group according to treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with trimetazidine while those in the observation group were treated with trimetazidine combined with Wenxin granules. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the level of LVEF in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference in myocardial enzyme levels between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. After treatment,the level of VEGFV WFG TXB2BNP in the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of total adverse cardiovascular events was 7.02 in the observation group and 15.79 in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse cardiovascular events between the two groups（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of trimetazidine and Wenxin granules can decrease the level of myocardial enzyme TXB2BNP and improve cardiac function,without increasing the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease.
