马里加奥联合国维和超营86例流行性角结膜炎疫情调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查马里加奥维和期间新发流行性角结膜炎的流行病学情况,及时采取有效防制措施,为后续维和医疗分队处理类似暴发传染病疫情提供防治依据和相关经验。方法收集一年维和任务期内流行性角结膜炎暴发疫情数据,结合病例情况进行现场调查和病例追踪。结果 2017年6月24日-2018年3月7日加奥联合国超营各出兵国共发生流行性角结膜炎疫情86例,罹患率2.60%,患者年龄21～48岁。疫情暴发主要集中于孟加拉战斗营(53例,罹患率6.30%)和中国工兵(25例,罹患率16.13%)两个亚洲出兵国。结论此次疫情发生主要是维和分队内部人传人引起,与疫情早期处置不及时、隔离措施难落实、环境消毒措施不完善有关。对重点暴发分队进行专业消毒指导和彻底的环境消毒,可使疫情得到有效控制。Objective To investigate the epidemiological situation of newly occurring keratoconjunctivitis during peacekeeping in Gao of Mali and take quick and effective preventive measures so as to contribute to handling any outbreak of infectious diseases during peacekeeping missions. Methods Data on epidemic outbreaks of epidemic keratoconjunctivitis during one-year mission was collected. Field investigations and case tracking were performed according to the medical records. Results Between June 24,2017 and March 7,2018,epidemic keratoconjunctivitis occurred in the troops of various troop-contributing countries in the UN peacekeeping supercamp in Gao of Mali,resulting in 86 cases with an attack rate of 2.60%. The age of patients ranged from 21 to 48. Outbreaks mainly struck the troops of two Asian countries,Bangladesh（ 53 cases,6.30%） and China（ 25 cases,16.13%）. Conclusion The outbreaks within the peacekeeping troops are caused mainly by human-to-human transmission and are related to delayed disposal of early outbreaks,incomplete isolation measures and lack of disinfection facilities and measures.Professional disinfection guidance and thoroughly environmental disinfection to outbreak-vulnerable troops can contribute to successful prevention of outbreaks.
