中等长度导管在儿科静脉输液中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中等长度导管在儿科静脉输液中的临床应用效果，以期为临床实践提供参考。方法将接受静脉滴注的268例患儿分为对照组（n=137）和观察组（n=131），对照组采用BD留置针输液，观察组采用中等长度导管输液，比较两组患儿在拔除导管后静脉炎、渗出、堵管、感染发生率及患儿家长的满意度。结果与对照组相比，观察组患儿静脉嵌、渗出、堵管、感染的发生率显著减少，患儿家长满意度高于对照组。结论采用中等长度导管输液可减少静脉治疗并发症，能提高患儿家长满意度。Objective To determine the effectiveness of moderate length catheter＇s clinical application in pediatric ward by u sing micro introducer scabbard technology. Methods 268 children patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group （137 cases） using BD indwelling needle for iv infusion,the experimental group （55 cases） using moderate length catheter for iv infusion, the phlebitis after catheter uproot, fluid exudation, plugging rate, infection rate and the satisfaction of parents were compared between the two groups. Result Compared with the control group,the incidence of phlebitis and fluid exuda tion,plugging,infection were significant decreased, the satisfaction of parents were higher than the control group. Conclusion Choosing moderate length catheter for infusion can decrease venous complications, improving the parents satisfaction.
