摘　　要：现代专利制度是建立在文字表达基础上的精密体系,专利文件的文字解读应坚持文义主义价值立场。专利文件解读是专利权经济价值分析的一项重要内容。本文对专利文件中文字用词、语法的精确性,权项组合的逻辑性和关联性,及专利文件限定的保护范围的涵盖性进行了实证考察,分析了其对专利权经济价值的影响。Modern patent system is a precise system based on the expression of words. The analysis of patent documents should be based upon literal interpretation. The interpretation of patent documents is crucial to analyzing the economic value of patent right. This paper makes an empirical study on the accuracy of the wording and grammar as well as the logic and relevance of claim portfolio in patent documents, and the coverage of the protection scope limited by patent documents. The paper analyzes the infuences of these elements on the economic value of patent right.
