血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白在慢性鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎患者治疗中的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎患者治疗前后测定血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)的临床意义。方法:以2012年1月-2017年6月笔者所在医院98例慢性鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,根据实际病症选择性予以患者鼻窦手术、免疫治疗、糖皮质激素等。治疗前后,抽取患者静脉血液样本测定血清ECP水平,观察指标变化。结果:经治疗,患者显效72例,有效26例,总有效率100%。患者治疗后血清ECP(19.7±2.1)ng/L,治疗前血清ECP(28.4±3.7)ng/L,比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.54,P=0.021)。结论:血清ECP是慢性鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎的敏感指标,会随着患者病症改善而明显下降,定期测定血清ECP能够为慢性鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎的疗效评价和预后判断提供参考,值得临床推广使用。Objective：To investigate the clinical significance of serum eosinophil cationic protein（ECP） before and after treatment in patients with chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis.Method：From January 2012 to June 2017,98 patients with chronic sinusitis and allergic rhinitis in our hospital were selected as the study subjects.According to actual conditions,patients were selectively treated with sinus surgery,immunotherapy,and Glucocorticoids.Before and after treatment,venous blood samples were collected to determine serum ECP levels,and changes in indicators were observed.Result：After treatment,the patients were markedly effective in 72 cases,effective in 26 cases,and the total effective rate was 100%.After treatment,serum ECP（19.7±2.1）ng/L,serum ECP（28.4±3.7）ng/L before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（t=8.54,P=0.021）.Conclusion：Serum ECP is a sensitive index of chronic rhinosinusitis with allergic rhinitis,and it will decrease obviously with the improvement of the patient＇s disease.Therefore,regular determination of serum ECP can provide reference for the evaluation and prognosis of chronic rhinosinusitis with allergic rhinitis,and it is worthy of clinical application.
