摘  要:目的:探讨分析手术室护理中人性化护理理念的应用与价值。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年8月笔者所在医院收治的100例手术患者作为观察对象。使用抽签的方式将其简单随机分为两组,观察组50例,对照组50例。对照组手术患者给予常规手术室护理,观察组患者在常规手术室护理的基础上,给予人性化护理理念进行干预。护理后,对比两组患者护理质量评分、心理状态、护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者护理后护理质量各指标评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后焦虑、抑郁心理状态均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务满意率为96.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理中采用人性化护理理念干预可有效提高护理质量和患者的护理满意度,效果显著,值得推广使用。Objective:To explore the application and value of humanized nursing concept in operation room nursing.Method:A total of 100 surgical patients admitted to the author’s hospital from July 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the observation objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in the observation group and 50 cases in the control group.Patients in the control group were given routine operating room nursing,while patients in the observation group were given humanistic nursing intervention on the basis of routine operating room nursing.After nursing,the nursing quality score,mental state and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result:The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P〈0.05),the anxiety and depression state were better than those in the control group (P〈0.05),and the satisfaction rate of the patients with nursing service was 96.00%,higher than 82.00% of the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion: The intervention of humanized nursing concept in operating room nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients’satisfaction with nursing.The effect is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing.
