快速康复外科护理理念在腹腔镜胃肠道患者手术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)护理理念在腹腔镜胃肠道患者手术中的应用价值。方法:选择200例2017年4月-2018年4月笔者所在医院收治的行腹腔镜胃肠道手术患者,按照随机表法将患者分为对照组与ERAS组,每组100例,对照组实施常规护理,ERAS组在常规护理基础上实施快速康复外科理念护理。观察比较两组患者饮食恢复时间、排气时间与住院时间;观察两组患者对护理满意度。结果:ERAS组饮食恢复时间、排气时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);ERAS组护理满意度(97.00%)显著高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中实施ERAS理念护理可以缩短腹腔镜胃肠道手术患者术后康复时间,提高患者对护理的满意度。Objective：To analyze the application value of enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） nursing concept used in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery.Method： A total of 200 laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery patients between April 2017 to April 2018 in the author’s hospital were selected,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the ERAS group （100 cases in each group） according to the randomization method.The control group was adopted the routine nursing methods,the ERAS group was adopted implement rapid rehabilitation concept of surgical nursing.The diet recovery time,exhaust time and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed and compared.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was observed.Result：The diet recovery time,exhaust time and hospitalization time of the ERAS group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of ERAS group （97.00%） was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The ERAS concept nursing can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery,improve patient satisfaction with nursing.
