剩余电流保护器“30 mA·s”的规定和相关问题探讨

摘　　要：结合交流电通过人体时的效应示意图及RCD动作特性,分析JGJ 46-2005 《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》对总配电箱中的"30 m A·s"RCD要求能否保证人身安全。提出30 mA的RCD可作为直接接触电击防护措施,大于30 mA的RCD可作为间接接触电击防护和接地故障火灾防护措施。根据剩余电流优选值提出配电系统设置多级RCD实现其选择性的要求。Effect diagram of alternating current passing through the human body and the motion characteristics of residual current protective device（ RCD） are combined to analyze whether the＂ 30 mA· s＂ RCD requirement in JGJ 46-2005 Technical Code for Safety of Temporary Electrification on Construction Site on the general distribution box can guarantee the personal safety. It is suggested that30 mA RCD can be used as an electric shock protection measure against direct contact, while RCD above 30 mA can be used as a protection measure against indirect contact and fire protection measure for grounding failure. And the selectivity requirements of distribution system can be met by setting multilayer RCD according to the preferred value of residual current.
