摘  要:营养条件和环境因素影响疣孢漆斑菌(Myrothecium verrucaria)的产孢量,对其进行研究能为疣孢漆斑菌的发酵提供理论支持。采用产孢量测定了不同碳氮比、碳氮源、碳浓度、温度、pH及光照对寄生根结线虫的疣孢漆斑菌X-16菌株产孢量的影响。结果表明,X-16菌株对碳源、氮源等营养的利用存在显著差异;X-16菌株产孢量以可溶性淀粉和硝酸钠最高,产孢量分别为7.87×108,1.027×109个/m L;C/N是60∶1时,产孢量最高;碳浓度为1~2 mol/L时最有利于平板产孢;X-16菌株在30~32℃时产孢量最高;适宜产孢的pH值为6.5;24 h光照有利于产孢。建议生产中可根据实际发酵情况选择最佳营养和环境条件。This study aimed to determine the effects of C/N, carbon and nitrogen, light, pH value, carbon concentration andtemperature on the spore production of Myrothecium verrucaria Stain X-16, a novel parasitic fungus to Meloidogyne hapla. The resultsshowed that the optimum carbon and nitrogen source for sporulation in this fungus were determined. It was shown that starch and niterwere the optimum carbon and nitrogen source with sporulation of 7.87×108pieces/mL and 1.027×109pieces/mL, respectively, while thespore yields of the different C/N at 60∶1 were faster than that any other C/N. When carbon concentration was 1-2 mol/L, it was mostfavorable for plate sporulation. The optimum temperature was 30-32 ℃ and 6.5 pH value for sporulation, respectively. The spore yieldswere the highest under all light conditions. Our results can provide the optimal fermentation and environmental conditions be selected inthis range for the actual fermentation of the roots in production.
