獭兔源金黄色葡萄球菌16S rDNA鉴定与耐药性分析

摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌是一种常见的致病菌,多引发不同程度感染。2017年7月初,山西省某獭兔场出现大量死亡,病兔主要表现为呼吸系统症状。采集病兔呼吸系统各器官,通过实验室无菌培养,得到疑似病原菌优势菌株,对该菌株进行染色镜检并通过16S rDNA检测方法,与NCBI数据库进行比对,确定为金黄色葡萄球菌,其对小鼠有致病性,对分离到的菌株通过K-B纸片法进行药物敏感性测定。结果显示,对庆大霉素、链霉素、多黏菌素B、卡那霉素、氧氟沙星、诺氟沙星、痢特灵耐药;对头孢氨苄、四环素、头孢克罗中敏;对阿米卡星、阿莫西林、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮敏感。Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogen which causes multiple infections. At the beginning of July in 2017, a largenumber of deaths occurred ina rabbit field in Shanxi province and the respiratory symptoms were the main symptoms of the diseasedrabbits. The organs of the rabbit respiratory systems were collected and cultured in the laboratory to obtain the dominant strains ofsuspected pathogenic bacteria. The strains were stained for microscopic examination and compared with the NCBI database by 16S rDNAdetection method to determine Staphylococcus aureus, which has pathogenicity to mice. Drug sensitivity was performed with the isolatedstrains through the K-B method. The results showed that they were to drug resistance to gentamicin, streptomycin, polymyxin B,kanamycin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin and furazolidone, moderate sensitivity to cephalexin, tetracycline and cefaclor, sensitive to amikacin,amoxicillin, ceftriaxone and cefoperazone.
