摘  要:为研究贮丝工序对烟气危害性影响,设置了3个贮丝时间,通过2个牌号香烟探讨其对卷烟主流烟气中总粒相物、焦油、烟碱、7项有害成分(CO,HCN,NNK,NH3,B[α]P,苯酚和巴豆醛)及危害性指数的影响,并对烟气成分间进行相关性分析。结果表明,贮丝时间对卷烟主流烟气常规成分影响不大;随着贮丝时间延长,NH3、巴豆醛显著减少,危害性指数逐渐降低;NH3与焦油及卷烟危害性指数相关性较强。因此,增加贮丝时间,能够协调烟丝成分,使卷烟危害性指数降低。To study the effects of wire storage process on the hazards of flue gas, 3 tobacco storage time were set up through twodifferent brands, to explore the influence of cigarette grain phase, tar, nicotine, seven harmful components in mainstream cigarette smoke(CO, HCN, NNK, NH3, B[a]P, phenol and croton aldehyde)and cigarette criticality index, and the correlation analysis between componentsof flue gas. The results showed that the storage time had little effect on the conventional components of mainstream cigarette smoke. Withthe prolonging of storage time, NH3 and croton aldehyde significantly decreased, and the hazard index gradually decreased. NH3 hadstrong correlation with tar and cigarette hazard index. Therefore, increasing the time of silk storage can coordinate the composition oftobacco, and reduce the hazard index of cigarette.
