摘　　要：概述了山西省甘薯生产和产业化发展现状,分析了发展甘薯产业的优势和存在的问题,并提出了选育和引进甘薯新品种、加强病虫害控制、推广轻简化栽培技术、提高加工水平和产业带动能力、推动品牌建设等促进甘薯产业化发展的对策。The present development situation of the production and industrialization of sweet potato in Shanxi province wassummarized. The advantages and problems of the sweet potato industrialization were analyzed. And some countermeasures were putforward to promote the industrialization of sweet potato, such as breeding and introducing new varieties of sweet potato, strengthening thecontrol of diseases and insect pests, popularizing the simplified cultivation techniques, improving the processing level and industrialdriving capacity, and promoting the brand construction.
