摘 要:全株玉米窖贮是一种非常有效、经济的制作草食牲畜青贮饲料的方式,研究旨在分析全株玉米窖贮中各成本因素对总成本的影响情况。在对山西省朔州市乳业集团奶牛场青贮窖的调研基础上,通过柯布-道格拉斯生产模型建立窖贮成本模型,分析了全株玉米窖贮的成本及收益。结果发现,在全株玉米窖贮成本中,青贮玉米种植成本和收购成本对总成本的影响均较大,而在种植成本中,人工、灌溉和田间管理费用对种植成本的影响较大。因此,推荐企业在自行种植青贮玉米的基础上,适当收购青贮玉米;此外,在种植青贮玉米时,建议企业控制人工成本,节约用水,因地制宜选择合适的田间管理方案。The whole crop corn silage in bunker silos isa very effective and economical way to make herbivorous livestock silage.The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of the cost factors on the total cost in the whole crop corn silage in bunker silos. Based on theinvestigation of semi-underground bunker silos of dairy industry in Shuozhou city, Shanxi province, the model of bunker silos wasestablished by using the Cobb-Douglas production model, and the cost and benefit of the whole crop corn silage in bunker silos wereanalyzed. It was found that the planting costs and the acquisition cost had a large effect on total cost in the whole crop corn silage inbunker silos, and the effect of labor, irrigation and field management had great influence on planting cost. Therefore, it is recommendedthat enterprises in the cultivation of corn at the same time purchase the corn. In addition, when silage maize is planted, it is recommendedthat enterprises control labor costs, water conservation and according to local conditions to choose the appropriate field managementprogram.
