摘　　要：针对纺纱倍捻工序产生的毛纱松捻纱与无捻纱疵点,从人员操作与设备等方面逐项排查原因。一方面通过对员工的理论指导与现场操作规范性的学习与培训,基本排除这2种纱疵可能产生的根源;另一方面主要从设备方面查找出现松捻纱与无捻纱疵点的原因,从倍捻机的关键部位——张力轮、龙带和锭子进行逐锭检查。通过检测与检查,不仅对张力轮了进行维修与更换,而且发现由于机器使用时间长,原来规定的单锭启动时间已经不能适应现有工艺,同时锭子内的污渍也是产生松捻纱与无捻纱疵点的重要因素之一。For the defect of double twisting process about loosely twisted yarn and untwisted yarn, investigate reason term by term from personnel, operation and equipment. On the one hand, through the theoretical guidance, learning and training on-site operation of staff, eliminate the root causes of these two aspects. On the other hand, from the equipment to find loosely twisted yarn and untwisted yarn defects. The key parts of the double twisting machine： spindle check one by one from tension wheel, dragon belt and spindle. By testing and inspection, not only the tension wheel was repaired and replaced, but also it was found that the start-up time of the original single spindle was far from suitable due to the long service life of the machine. The stain in the spindle was also one of the important factors that affect the loosely twisted yarn and untwisted yarn.
