摘 要:提出了一种计及规划与运行相互影响的电池储能系统双层规划模型以解决配电网风电渗透率提高所带来的电压越限等问题。该模型以配电网投资收益最大为目标,综合考虑了接入位置、容量和寿命等对优化结果有较大影响的因素,并在规划阶段根据风电典型出力曲线模拟储能日内运行方案,实现了风电波动功率消纳。结合启发式算法适应性强和数值分析优化法求解效率高的优点,采用一种遗传算法与二阶锥优化相结合的方法求解所提储能规划,并在IEEE 33节点算例系统进行测试,结果说明合理配置储能系统可以弥补风电波动性等缺点。比较了不同风电渗透率对规划结果的影响,并验证了所提模型与方法的有效性和快速性。A double-level planning model for the energy storage by battery, which involves interaction of planning and operation, is proposed to handle such issues as over voltage limit resulted from increment of wind power penetrance in distribution network. At planning stage, furthermore, the operation plan in the energy storage day is simulated according to the typical output curve of the wind power, realizing consumption of the fluctuating wind power. In combination of heuristic algorithm featuring high adaptability and of numerical analysis & optimization methods featuring high efficiency, combination of genetic algorithm and cone programming is applied to derive the proposed energy storage plan. And it is tested in computation system of IEEE33. The computing results represent that the optimized energy storage energy can compensate fluctuation of the wind power. Impacts by different wind power penetrance on the planning results are compared as well as availability and rapidity of the proposed model and methods are confirmed.
