摘  要:石泉水电厂引水管道钢板厚12~14 mm,经过40 a的运行,钢衬脱空严重。2005年通过对3号机组引水管道的脱空原因、灌浆处理的效果进行试验、分析,总结出一套根治钢管道钢衬浅层脱空治理的施工方法,在压力控制、材料配合比方面达到较好效果,并且施工时间较短;从2008年开始陆续对3台机组空穴进行灌浆施工,6 a后复检灌浆覆盖率达到94%,施工质量优良,效果良好,值得在类似工程处理中推广。The steel of the headrace penstock in Shiquan Hydropower Plant is 12 ~ 14 mm thick. After 40 a operation, the steel liner occurs serious cavity around. In 2005, the cavity causes and grouting treatment on the cavity around the headrace penstock for Unit 3 were tested and analyzed. A method for the shallow cavity treatment was concluded. A better achievement realizes in terms of pressure control and material mix ratio, etc. as well as the construction period is shorter. From 2008, cavities around the steel penstocks for three units are treated by grouting successively. The grouting covering rate reaches 94% that is proved by inspection after 6 a. Both the construction quality and effect are excellent. This method is worth of being developed in similar engineering treatment.
