摘  要:某水电站泄洪闸预应力闸墩施工过程中,由于施工原因造成右边墩锚块底部高程较设计高20 cm,造成底部预应力锚索中心距底部仅18 cm;为保证溢洪道安全运行,对右边墩锚索布置方案进行了调整。应用大型结构计算软件ADINA分析了3种方案情况下右边墩的应力应变情况;综合锚块、锚固洞等部分的应力特征,选定底部锚索锁定吨位保留原设计值的50%、顶部增加1根预应力锚索的布置方案。研究成果为工程设计方案变更提供了重要依据,避免了拆掉、重建预应力闸墩的方案,为保证工程节点进度起到了重要作用;同时对其他工程预应力闸墩设计具有重要参考意义。In construction of the prestressed gate pier for the flood discharge gate of a hydropower project, elevation at the anchorage block bottom of right pier is 20 cm higher than the design one due to construction failure. This causes the distance from the center of the anchor cable to the bottom is 18 cm only. To secure the safety operation of the spillway, arrangement of the anchor cable for the right pier is adjusted. The software ADINA is applied for analysis on stress / strain of the right pier in three schemes. According to the stress characteristics of anchorage block and anchorage holes, it concludes that the anchorage capacity of the anchor cable at bottom remains 50% the design value and one additional anchor is arranged at top. The study provides design change with important basis, avoiding removing the existing one and rebuilding a gate pier. This modification plays an important role in securing construction schedule. Meanwhile, it can be referred to the design of the prestressed gate pier in other projects.
