摘 要:针对目前CATIA V5在水电工程三维数字化设计中存在的工程图应用问题,提出采用丰富CATIA V5工程图设计模块功能的方法提高水电工程二维图出图效率来解决数字化设计中的短板问题。CATIA工程图中的元素与三维模型相关联,能捕捉到真实的三维模型几何信息,通过这些几何信息实现二维标注标示的自动化,从而大大提高二维图的出图效率。针对模板无法根据设计部位进行自动分类,工程图标注因模型布尔运算后拓扑关系的变化造成链接断裂等问题,提出了布置设计的方案解决此类问题。Regarding application of the CATIA V5 engineering drawings in 3D digital design, enriching the design module functions of the CATIA V5 engineering drawings is proposed to improve efficiency of 2D drawing production for hydropower engineering and solve issues faced in the digital design. Elements in CATIA engineering drawing are related to 3D model. The real geometric data of the 3D model can be captured. Through the captured geometric data, automation of 2D labels and marks can be realized. Efficiency of 2D drawing production is largely improved. Concerning the templet cannot automatically classify according to design position as well as linkages of the engineering drawing labels are broken because of variation of the topological relationship after Boolean computation of the model, scheme for layout design is proposed accordingly.
