摘　　要：我国球墨铸铁产量占世界球铁产量1/3以上。同一牌号球墨铸铁与美国相比,抗拉强度差别不大,但伸长率和冲击值都较低,机械性能达不到要求成为高强度高韧性球墨铸铁生产的瓶颈。本文通过采取严控材料化学成分、优化熔炼工艺和孕育处理工艺等措施,成功生产出了满足QT600-10性能要求的铸态电缆卷筒毛坯。The nodular cast iron output in China accounts for more than 1/3 in the world. Compared with it in the United States, the same brand ductile iron has similar tensile strength, but lower elongation and impact value, which limits the production of the high strength and high toughness ductile iron. This paper has successfhlly produced the cast cable drum blank which meets the performance requirements by controlling the chemical composition of the material, optimizing the melting and inoculation process.
