摘　　要：分析灰铸铁飞轮件缩陷问题产生的原因,主要是由铁液紊流及排气不畅造成。通过优化浇注系统及浇注工艺,解决灰铸铁飞轮件上表面缩陷问题,经过生产验证缩陷缺陷得到有效解决。The cause of shrinkage of the flywheel is mainly caused by the turbulence of mohen iron and the unsmooth exhaust.By optimizing the gating system and casting process,the shrinkage problem of the upper surthce of the gray iron flywheel is solved,and the shrinkage detect is effectively solved after production.
