摘  要:目的:探讨安钠咖对大鼠学习记忆能力及海马区突触素表达的影响。方法:取24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、安钠咖小剂量组和安钠咖大剂量组。造模结束后,通过Morris水迷宫实验检测各组大鼠学习记忆能力,通过免疫组织化学染色观察海马神经元突触素的表达。结果:安钠咖大剂量组的平均逃避潜伏期明显增加,跨越平台次数明显减少,与对照组和安钠咖小剂量组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);安钠咖大剂量组海马CA1区和CA3区突触素表达明显减少,与对照组和安钠咖小剂量组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量安钠咖可使大鼠学习记忆能力明显下降,海马区突触素表达明显减少,神经元突触可塑性受损。Objective: To investigate the effects of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate on learning and memory ability and the expression of synaptophysin in hippocampus of rats. Methods: 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the control group, the low dose group of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate and the high dose group of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate. The learning and memory ability of rats in each group was detected by Morris water maze test and the expression of synaptophysin in hippocampal neurons was observed by immuno-histochemical staining after modeling. Results: The average escape latency of the high dose group of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate increased obviously, the number of crossing platforms decreased obviously, and the differences were all statistical compared with the control group and the low dose group of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate(P〈0. 05). The expression of synaptophysin in the hippocampal CA1 and CA3 in the high dose group of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoatewas significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group and the low dose group of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate(P〈0.05). Conclusion: High dose of Caffeine and Sodium Benzoate significantly decreases the ability of learning and memory, decreases the expression of synaptophysin in hippocampus and damages the synaptic plasticity of neurons.
