摘　　要：本文总结和研究了国内外高校体育场馆建设共享模式的经验,探讨了新时期高校体育场馆建设的新趋势和新模式。实现投资结构与用户多领域一体化的目标,实现体育场馆土地资源的低碳环保目标,走高校公共服务体育场馆市场化经营的道路,尽快制定高校体育场馆跨行业土地共享政策支持,包括优惠投资和税收政策。This study concludes and studies the experience of sharing model of domestic and foreign college sport venue construction,and explores its new tendency and model,which include realizing the goal of multiple fields integration of investment structure and users,achieving the environmental protection goal of sport venue land resources,insisting on marketing management of college public service venues,and establishing cross-industry land sharing policies——preferential investment and tax policy as soon as possible.
