摘  要:采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,通过对中学翻转课堂体育教学模式现状的优劣势分析,提出以后现代主义理念为逻辑依据,对中学翻转课堂体育教学模式进行改革与创新,并从建设人文素质与专业技能相结合的体育课堂、构建微课体育教学平台、体育课程学习建设三方面提出了创新思路。Through analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the present situation of middle school flipped classroom sports teaching,this paper mainly uses the literature material,logic analysis and other methods to put forward middle school sports class teaching mode reform and innovation using post-modernism concept as the logical basis. It also provides innovative thoughts from the following 3 aspects: the construction of classes combining cultural quality and professional skills,the construction of micro teaching platform,and the build of sport course study.
