探讨婴幼儿泪囊炎的最佳治疗时机和治疗方法

摘　　要：目的分析婴幼儿泪囊炎的最佳治疗时机及治疗方法。方法选取收治于我院眼科门诊的150例婴幼儿泪囊炎患者作为研究对象,将其中0～6月的患儿作为婴儿组(n=100),6个月以上作为幼儿组(n=50)。两组均给予综合治疗方法,包括泪囊按摩、冲洗泪道以及泪道探通术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果婴儿组的治愈率为97%,高于幼儿组治愈率90%,差异存在统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论对婴幼儿泪囊炎患者采用包括泪囊按摩、冲洗泪道以及泪道探通术的综合治疗方案能够起到显著的临床疗效,6个月以下的婴儿患者与6个月以上的幼儿患者相比,能够取得更为理想的治疗效果,建议患儿尽量在6个月以内及早接受综合治疗。Objective To investigate the best treatment opportunity and therapeutic method of infantile dacryocystitis. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of infantile dacryocystitis who admitted to our hospital from January to October of 2017 were selected as the research object. Among them,0 to 6 months were selected as infants group（ n = 100）,above 6 months were set as young children group（ n = 50）. Both groups were given comprehensive therapeutic methods,including dacryocystitis massage,irrigation lacrimal duct and lacrimal exploration,the treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate of infants was 97%,which was higher than that of children group（ 90%）. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment of infantile dacryocystitis,including dacryocystorhinostomy,irrigation of lacrimal duct and exploration of lacrimal passage can play a significant clinical curative effect. The treatment effect in Infants under 12 months old was better than that in children over 12 months old. To achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect,it is recommended that children receive comprehensive treatment as soon as possible within 12 months.
