摘　　要：目的探讨强化母乳喂养模式对出院后早产儿追赶性生长的影响。方法将106例低出生体重早产儿随机分为对照组和观察组,各53例。出院后,对照组仅接受母乳喂养;观察组除母乳喂养外,亦接受母乳强化剂喂养。分别在1、6、12个月时比较两组早产儿身体发育情况,评估精细运动(PDI)和智力发展(MDI)状况。结果出生1个月时,两组早产儿体重、身长、头围、MDI和PDI指数及出生6个月时MDI指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);出生6、12个月时,观察组早产儿体重、身长、头围和PDI指数均大于对照组(P <0. 01)。出生12个月时,观察组早产儿的MDI指数高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论强化母乳喂养能更好地助力低出生体重早产儿的生长发育,早期实现出院后的追赶性生长,减少发育迟缓的发生。Objective To compare influence of enhanced breast feeding model on catch-up growth of premature infants after discharge. Methods One hundred and six cases of the premature infants selected as the subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with 53 cases.After discharge,the former only received exclusive breastfeeding and the later did the breast milk fortifier feeding besides exclusive breastfeeding.Data were gathered during routine visits to child homes including weight,height and head circumference measurements,and assessment of motor（PDI）,social,cognitive and linguistic development（MDI）at the ages of 1 month,6 and 12 months respectively. Results The body weight,height,head circumference,PDI and MDI in the control group did not differ from those of the observation group,post-natal 1 month（ P 〉0.05）.At the ages of 6 and 12 months,all the above-mentioned parameters of the observation group appeared significantly higher grades than those of the control group,except MDI（ P 〈0.01）.At the ages of 12 months,the MDI of the observation group was higher than the control group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The enhanced breast feeding model for premature low birth weight infant is an ideal way,which can physically and intellectually promote the catch-up growth and development of preterm low birth weight infants.
