摘 要:目的探讨磁共振全身类PET技术的临床应用价值。方法选择我院2016年2月—2017年2月收治的25例恶性肿瘤患者,患者均由病理证实,同时,选择同期在我院进行体检的健康志愿者20例。所有研究对象均行全身弥散加权成像(WB-DWI),采集全身轴位DWI和同层对应SSFSE图像检查,就其检查结果展开分析。结果 25例恶性肿瘤患者成像显示,其原发灶及转移灶在DWI图像上均为高信号,ADC表现为低信号。24例患者可见脏器转移和小病灶,与病理结果比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。在健康检查者中均未发现恶性病变,仅有2例为囊肿,且在DWI及ADC图像上呈高信号。结论磁共振全身类PET技术可实现患者的全身一次性检查,清晰显示原发灶和转移灶,且方便快捷、使用简单,检出恶性肿瘤的准确率较高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance systemic PET technique. Methods 25 patients with malignant tumor admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were all confirmed by pathology. Similarly, 20 healthy volunteers were selected for physical examination in our hospital at the same time. All patients underwent DWI. The axial DWI and corresponding SSFSE images of the same layer were collected and the results were analyzed. Results In 25 patients with malignant tumor, the primary lesions and metastatic foci showed high signal intensity on DWI images. 24 cases of malignant tumors showed organ metastasis and small lesions. There was no signifcant diference between the accuracy of diagnosis and pathological diagnosis (P 〉 0.05). No malignant lesions were found in all healthy peoples, and only 2 cases were cysts with high signal intensity on DWI and ADC images. Conclusion Magnetic resonance imaging systemic PET technique can be used to detect the primary tumor and metastasis clearly. It is convenient and simple to use, and the accuracy of detecting malignant tumor is high.
