中药注射剂在肿瘤治疗中的合理用药探讨

摘　　要：目的调查并研究中药注射剂在肿瘤治疗过程当中的临床合理用药情况,以方便为临床的干预工作提供有价值的参考依据。方法本研究选择的研究对象均为2016年4月—2018年4月我院中药注射剂运用于肿瘤患者进行治疗的相关临床资料,对于所有资料进行回顾性分析,包括相关的耗材内容和使用说明书,调查患者病例75例,总结中药注射剂在肿瘤治疗过程当中的合理用药情况。结果对我院肿瘤科75例病例进行统计,中药注射剂使用量排在前6位的分别是参附注射液、艾迪注射液、参麦注射液、参芎葡萄糖注射液、注射用香菇多糖、葛根素葡萄糖注射液。其中参麦注射液和参附注射液使用频次最大,而且性价比最高。抗肿瘤的中药注射液说明书存在有一定的不规范情况,比如说临床常用的项目过于简单,没有指导临床医师进行合理的用药。本研究说明书内容不规范的25例,占33.33%,治疗过程中存在有不良反应患者30例,占40.00%。结论在临床肿瘤治疗过程中对于中药注射剂的合理运用具有重要的价值,为准确的、辨证的临床用药提供可行的方案,能够将中药注射剂的药物发挥出最大的功效。Objective To investigate and study the clinical rational drug use of traditional Chinese medicine injection during the course of cancer treatment, so as to provide a valuable reference for clinical intervention. Methods The subjects selected in this study were all relevant clinical data for the treatment of cancer patients in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018. All data were analyzed retrospectively, including related consumables. Contents and instructions for use, investigation of 74 cases of patients, summed up the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections during the course of cancer treatment. Results The 75 cases of oncology in our hospital were counted. The top 6 Chinese medicine injections were Shenfu injection, Aidi injection, Shenmai injection, Shenqi glucose injection, lentinan for injection, Pueraria. Glucose injection. Among them,Shenmai injection and Shenfu injection had the most frequent use and the most cost-efective. There were certain irregularities in the instructions for anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections. For example, clinically-used items are too simple and do not guide clinicians to make reasonable medications. The content of this study was not standardized in 25 cases, accounting for 33.33%. There were 30 cases of adverse reactions during the treatment, accounting for 40.00%. Conclusion It is of great value in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections during the treatment of clinical tumors, and the accurate application of traditional Chinese medicine injections can provide a feasible solution for accurate dialectical clinical use and can maximize the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections.
