摘  要:目的分析护理质量持续改进中采用"实景图片"反馈的效果。方法院级护理质量控制小组将质控过程中发现的亮点、缺陷及不安全、不规范的现象进行现场拍摄照片,经过整理后,做成幻灯片,每季度召开"实景图片"质量分析会进行质控分析总结。反馈工作中的真实现状,不断持续改进护理质量及效果评价。结果通过使用"实景图片"进行反馈,在多方面实施质量管理,如病房方面、消毒隔离措施以及护理文书书写等方面,明显提高患者的满意度,护理质量问题重复发生的概率明显减少。结论使用"实景图片"进行质量反馈,再现实景现场实现信息共享,可使护理亮点、缺陷重现,有效降低护理缺陷及其重复发生概率,提高患者对护理措施的满意度,提升整体的护理质量,确保护理质量的改进。Objective To analyze the efect of "Real Picture" feedback in continuous improvement of nursing quality. Methods The hospital level nursing quality control group took photos of the bright spots, defects, unsafe and irregular phenomena found in the process of quality control, and made slides, after fnishing, and the quality analysis meeting of “Real Picture” was held every quarter, to feedback the real situation in the work, and constantly improve the quality and efectiveness of nursing evaluation. Results By using“Real Picture” for feedback, quality management was carried out in many aspects, such as ward, disinfection and isolation measures, nursing document writing and so on. The rate of satisfaction and repeated occurrence of nursing quality problems was signifcantly reduced. Conclusion Using “Real Picture” to carry out quality feedback and reappear scene to realize information sharing can make nursing bright spot and defect reappear, reduce nursing defect and its recurrence rate effectively, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing measures, improve the overall nursing quality to ensure the improvement of nursing quality.
