摘　　要：临终关怀社会工作是医务社会工作研究领域的一个重要分支，然而，对于该主题的研究在我国却刚刚起步。本文在对服务于美国临终关怀专业机构的16位临床社会工作者进行深度访谈的基础上，探讨了社会工作者在这些机构中扮演的专业角色以及输送的服务，并提出了对当前我国临终关怀社会工作专业服务的启示。本文为我国临终关怀社会工作者开展专业服务提供了一个理论与实践的参考框架。Hospice social work is an important branch in the area of medical social work. However, it is still a new research field in China. Based on the in-depth interviews of 16 clinical social workers who work in the professional hospice institutions, the authors aim to explore the social workers＇ roles and services they delivered in these institutions. In addition, the authors propose a theoretical and practical framework for developing hospice social work services in China.
