摘  要:对基于工件三维模型的三坐标测量技术进行了介绍。基于工件设计数据,通过数模对齐,建立工件坐标系,在工件三维模型的基础上应用三坐标测量技术,在测量软件中实现元素构造与投影等功能,获取所需要的尺寸,进而高质高效地完成测量工作。应用基于工件三维模型的三坐标测量技术,可以对制造数据进行客观评价。The three-coordinate measurement technology based on the 3D model of the work-piece was introduced. Based on the design data of the work-piece, the work-piece coordinate system was established by digital-to-analog alignment, and the three-coordinate measurement technology was applied on the basis of the 3D model of the work-piece. Functions such as element construction and projection that were realized by the measuring software were used to obtain the required size, so that the measurement could be completed with high quality and efficiency. The three-coordinate measurement technology based on 319 model of the work-piece can be used for objective evaluation of the manufacturing data.
