摘 要:目的:探讨藏汉双语式思维导图在肝泡型包虫病患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将100例肝泡型包虫病手术患者随机分为实验组与对照组各50例,对照组采用常规健康教育方式,实验组应用藏汉双语式思维导图模式进行健康教育。比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果:实验组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),患者治疗依从性、肝泡型包虫病相关知识问卷及满意度问卷评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:藏汉双语式思维导图模式应用于肝泡型包虫病围术期健康教育中,能降低患者术后并发症发生率,提高治疗依从性及和满意度,是一种方便、高效、低成本的健康教育护理模式。Objective: To explore the application of TibetanChinese bilingual mind map in perioperative health education for patientswith hepatic alveolar disease. Methods: A total of 100 patients with hepatic alveolar echinococcosis were randomly divided into experimentalgroup and control group. The control group was given routine health education, while the experimental group was given bilingual mind mapping for health education. The effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of complicationsin the experimental group was lower than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05) . The scores of treatment compliance, hepatic echinococcosisrelated knowledge questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire were higher than those of the control group( P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion: The application of TibetanChinese bilingual mind mapping model in perioperative health education of hepatic alveolar echinococcosis can reducethe incidence of postoperative complications, improve treatment compliance and satisfaction. It is a convenient, efficient and low - costhealth education model.
