侧脑室引流联合锥颅血肿抽吸治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室患者的针对性护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨侧脑室引流联合锥颅血肿抽吸治疗高血压脑出血破入脑室患者的针对性护理方法及效果。方法:将80例行侧脑室引流联合锥颅血肿抽吸术治疗的高血压脑出血破入脑室患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予针对性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率、护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组干预后生活质量评分及神经功能评分优于干预前(P <0. 05),观察组干预后生活质量评分及神经功能评分优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:针对性护理可降低行侧脑室引流联合锥颅血肿抽吸治疗的高血压脑出血破入脑室患者下肢深静脉血栓形成发生率,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度,改善神经功能。Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of lateral ventricular drainage combined with aspiration of conical hematoma for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage breaking into ventricles. Methods： A total of 80 patients with hypertensiveintracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group wasgiven routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of which, the nursing effects of the two groups werecompared. Results： There were significant differences in the incidence of deep vein thrombosis（ DVT） and the satisfaction of nursing between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05） . The scores of quality of life and neurological function in the two groups were better than those before intervention（ P 〈 0. 05） . The scores of quality of life and neurological function in the observation group were better than those in the controlgroup（ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion： Targeted nursing can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage breaking into ventricles, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and promote neurological function.
