摘　　要：目的通过分析本院157例外科手术的肺曲霉菌病患者的病历资料,按照外科治疗方法分为四种类型,分析手术方式的选择和手术操作及术后并发症控制之间的联系。方法按照病变范围和手术方式分组,分析各组之间手术方式的不同和术后并发症的发生率。结果不同类型的和范围的病变,采取不同的手术方式,通过分类采取适当手术方式,并注重不同类型的手术要点可以减少术后并发症的发生。结论外科是治疗肺曲霉菌病的一种有效快速的治疗手段。术前把病人分类,并针对不同类型选择适当手术方式,避免选择不当的手术方式。可以有效减少术后并发症和提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the correlation between different surgical treatment and prognosis, through investigating their clinical date of 157 cases of pulmonary aspergilloma and different surgical methods. Methods All patients were divided into four groups based on their extent of disease. Different surgical method was given to different group. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared among the four groups. Results Based on different type and extent of disease, the patients were given different surgical treatment accordingly, and the incidence of postoperative complications decreased while paying attention to the surgical techniques. Conclusion Surgical treatment is an effective and quick method for patients with aspergilloma. The corresponding surgical method can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve curative effect.
