摘　　要：在黄炎培职教思想指导下,通过进行个人价值观和群体意识的正面引导,采取各种措施实现培养目标,进一步发现职业教育实践环节对推动并实现人的可持续发展的作用,对切实提高实践环节教育水平、指导教师日常教学实践工作具有一定意义。Under the guidance of Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought, the design of heuristic teaching practice is carried out. Through the positive guidance of personal values and group consciousness, this paper takes various measures to achieve the training objectives, and further discover that the vocational education practice stages promote and realize the sustainable development of people, which has a certain significance for effectively improving practice education and guiding teachers in daily teaching practice.
