参苓白术散联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸痹患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察参苓白术散联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸痹患者的临床效果。方法:选取80例胸痹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采取西药方案治疗,观察组实施参苓白术散联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗的效果、用药不良反应发生率和中医症状积分、PSQI评分、WHOQOL-BREF评分。结果:治疗后,两组患者中医症状积分、PSQI评分较治疗前均明显降低,WHOQOL-BREF评分较治疗前明显升高,且观察组中医症状积分、PSQI评分均明显低于对照组,而WHOQOLBREF评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者总有效率为95.0%(38/40),明显高于对照组的75.0%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者用药不良反应发生率为2.5%(1/40),与对照组的7.5%(3/40)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参苓白术散联合瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸痹患者的临床效果优于西药方案治疗效果。Objective： To explore clinical effects of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in treatment chest stuffiness. Methods： 80 cases of chest stuffiness patients were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group （n =40） and observation group （n =40）. The control group was treated with western medicines, while the observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction. The effects of treatment, adverse drug reaction rate, TCM symptom score, PSQI score, WHOQOL-BREF score were compared between the two groups. Results： After the treatment, the TCM symptom scores and PSQI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment. The WHOQOL-BREF scores were significantly higher than those before the treatment. The TCM symptom scores and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the WHOQOL-BREF score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0% （38/40）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （75.0%, 30/40）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Further, there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the observation group （2.5%, 1/40） and the control group （75.0%, 30/40） （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： The clinical effects of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction in the treatment of the patients with chest stuffiness are better than Western medicines.
