摘 要:【目的】了解四川省近几年所育成水稻品种的基本特点。【方法】对2011—2015年四川省省审水稻中籼迟熟品种的农艺性状和米质性状进行了相关分析和典范相关分析,并将优质品种与普通品种进行比较分析。【结果】(1)穗粒数、有效穗、千粒重为产量构成三因素,和垩白粒率、垩白度、直链淀粉构成的三大米质性状的变异系数较大,它们的变异系数分别是:穗粒数6.73%、有效穗5.71%、千粒重5.36%,垩白粒率44.43%、垩白度53.09%、直链淀粉含量21.69%;(2)普通品种与优质品种的主要差别体现在垩白粒率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量这三大米质性状上,其差异度分别是:垩白粒率67.16%、垩白度68.57%、直链淀粉含量19.51%;(3)产量及产量构成因素与米质性状的关系较为紧密,在64组相关关系中有12对相关系数达到显著以上水平,其中7组达到极显著水平,它们的相关系数是:有效穗与长宽比0.468,株高与长宽比-0.374 4,千粒重与垩白度0.361 1,千粒重与垩白粒率0.339 8,穗粒数与长宽比-0.339 1,产量与垩白粒率0.333 7,产量与蛋白质含量0.312 4;(4)通过两组性状典范相关系数分析,农艺性状与米质性状之间有3组典范相关变量达到显著以上水平(0.735 6、0.715 9、0.632 3)。【结论】产量、结实率、生育期、千粒重、穗粒数和垩白度、直链淀粉含量、垩白粒率、长宽比、整精米率是构成四川近年来审定水稻品种农艺性状和品质性状之间的主要关联性因子,也是四川水稻优质育种的主攻性状。[Objective] The objective of the study was to clarify the basic characteristics of rice varieties approved in Sichuan province in recent years. [Method] The canonical correlation analysis of rice agronomic characters and quality characters of rice late-maturity indica hybrid rice varieties were carried out, which varieties were approved in Sichuan province from 2011 to 2015, meanwhile, the highquality varieties and common varieties were compared and analyzed. [Result] ①Number of grains per panicle(NGP), number of panicles per plant(NPP) and 1 000-grain weight(KGW), are key factors of yield components. These yield-related traits exhibited high variation coefficients, similarly, the variation coefficients of rice-quality related traits: percentage of grain with chalkines(PGWC), chalky grain grade(CGG) and amylose content(AC)had larger coefficient of variation. Their variation coefficients were 6.73%, 5.71%, 5.36%, 44.43%, 53.09% and 21.69%, respectively. ②The main differences between common varieties and high-quality varieties were found in PGWC, CGG and AC, the differences were 67.16%, 68.57% and 19.51%, respectively. ③ The yield and yield components are closely related to rice quality traits. 12 correlation coefficient out of 64 reached the significant level, 7 groups were extremely significant. The correlation coefficient values were 0.468 between NGP and grain length-width ratio (GLWR), -0.374 4 between plant height and GLWR, 0.361 1 between KGW and CGG, 0.339 8 between KGW and PGWC, -0.339 1 between NGP and GLWR, 0.333 7 between yield and PGWC, 0.312 4 between yield and protein content, respectively. ④The canonical interrelated coefficients were analyzed between two groups of agronomic characters and quality traits, there were three sets of canonical interrelated coefficients reach the significant level( 0.735 6, 0.715 9, 0.632 3).
