摘　　要：本文主要关注基于NI Vision机器视觉技术的在工厂自动化中的应用,特别现在用工成本高,客户对品质的完美要求,生产效率等因素,机器视觉技术的优越性体现的越来越明显,利用NIVision模块开发针对生产环节中人员集中的外观自动检测系统,既能省人化,又能提高生产效率和品质,是一项值得深究和推广的应用技术。This paper mainly focuses on the application of machine vision technology based on NI Vision in factory automation, now the labor cost is very high, but the customers need the perfect quality , production efficiency and other factors. The advantages of machine vision technology is becoming more and more obvious, the use of NI Vision module for the development of personnel in production links and the automatic inspection system of appearance can save people and improve production efficiency and quality. It is an application technology worthy of further study and popularization.
